Early stage startups face a range of challenges when it comes to IP protection and creating an IP moat around their technology. co11ab Novena co-organized the first seminar on 12 May with MedTech Actuator and IPOS International to share how healthcare startups can protect their intangible assets (IA) beyond patents which are equally important in gaining a competitive advantage. We could see our audience engrossed in the panel discussion, all thanks to the wonderful speakers for giving their practical advice. Our director, Dr. Ervinna Pang, also shared her views and emphasized the importance of protecting IA early.
