Doreen’s career spans more than 20 years in the biomedtech industry, covering strategic roles from government research agencies, academia and corporate institutions. She has extensive managerial and operational experience managing biotech start-ups and innovation programmes in Singapore. Doreen has overseen early stage growth and commercialization efforts at various companies where capital strategy, corporate governance, investor relations and HR talent management have been key to building and mentoring early stage start-ups successfully.

At co11ab, Doreen will be responsible for driving corporate excellence, business development strategies and accelerate the growth of new start up partnerships.
